Q. After placing my order with Allsorts…what happens?
[A. First of all...you'll receive a confirmation of your order by email. Your
artwork will then be created or reviewed by our graphic artist. A paper or
digital rendition (proof) of your artwork will be sent to you for approval. Once
you approve the artwork proof...your order will be processed and submitted to
the manufacturer for production.]

Q. In what format is the artwork to be submitted?
[File formats that are acceptable are; Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Photoshop...saved as an
*.eps file. All fonts must be converted to curves prior to submission to
avoid font problems! If you do not have the proper artwork files or if you're
not sure... send the file to Allsorts. Our graphic artist may be able to convert
the file to the proper format at no charge...our recreate it for a minimal
charge!]

Q. How long will it take for my order to be completed?
[A. It depends on what you've ordered...anywhere from a week to three weeks.
If you have a certain date that you need your order by...let us know...we may be
able "push" your order along! Rush Service on some products is available!]

Q. What is a “Production Variance”?
[A. A production variance is when the manufacturer can not produce the exact
quantity that you ordered. The variance is often less than 1%...but can be as
high as 10%...it depends on the manufacturer. You will be invoiced for whatever
the manufacturer produces and you receive.]

Q. What is a “Screen Charge”?
[A. The "Screen Charge" reflects the cost of making the screen used in screen
printing. Some manufacturers charge for the screens...others build that cost
into the price of the product!]

Q. Why do I have to pay for two screen charges when both of the products that I’m purchasing have the same image?
[A. The screen for a stadium cup is a different size than the screen used for
a t-shirt...each product requires its own screen!]

Q. What is a “PMS Match” charge?
[A. This refers to the Pantone Matching System...and the 1,114 colors
identified by number. If you select an imprint color that is not one of the
manufacturer's standard imprint colors...the manufacture may have to mix inks to
imprint in the color that you have selected (PMS Match). The manufacturer may
charge for the PMS Match...which is usually no more than $20.00.]

Q. When will Allsorts charge against my credit card and will I receive a receipt?
[A. Your credit card will be charged when the order ships...that is when
Allsorts is notified by the manufacturer of the production and shipping charges.
Allsorts will complete the invoice...process your credit card payment and email
the "PAID" invoice to you]

Q. If I want to “drop ship” to a number of different locations…is there a charge?
[A. A "Drop Ship" charge will occur for every "drop ship" location...the
charge varies by manufacturer...but it's generally around $5.00 to $8.00.]

Q. What if we would like a two color imprint?
[A. Multi-color imprints are not a problem...Let us know the PMS colors to
match.]

Q. Samples…what if I’d like a sample of a product on the Allsorts site…how would I order one?
[A. Contact Allsorts...we don't charge for samples... however, you may be
asked to pay shipping.]
