Allsorts will respond with a quote. The quoted price will be inclusive of a discounted cost of the product(s), art charges, set-up charges and shipping. General Product Information

Allsorts has access to thousands of suppliers from promotional products manufacturers…each manufacturer having its’ own production requirements. The following are general guidelines; therefore, any specific item may be differing.

Normal Production:	7 to 10 business days from the time the factory receives the acceptable artwork.
Rush Orders:	24 hour service is available on some products.
Imprint Colors:	Includes one color, one location unless noted. Additional color costs vary with item.
Setup Charges:	Vary from $ 0.00 to $100.00.
Shipping:	Will be included in the Allsorts quote provided
Terms:	Contact Allsorts
Artwork:	Camera-Ready or Digital Artwork is required when placing the order. The Allsorts graphics department can assist you with this.
Cancellation Charge:	Since all promotional products are customized specifically for you…cancellations are not acceptable once order has been processed.
Copy Changes:	Will be included in the Allsorts quote provided
Overruns and Underruns:	5%Industry Standard is acceptable unless exact quantity specified
Guarantee:	All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.
Returns:	All items are non-returnable except for defects in workmanship. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

Authorization and Identification

In placing an order with Allsorts Promotional Products, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to utilize all merchandise containing names, trademarks, logos or any copyrighted material. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Allsorts Promotional Products from claims, liabilities, and expenses relating to an actual or alleged infringement. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
